Joint

The Joint parts are mainly composed of Interior Joint, T-slot Joint and Connector Link. The interior joint is mainly used for vertical connection of profiles. There are two types of Angle groove connectors, such as E and L. They are used for aluminium profile right angle connection. We subdivide the joints as follows:

Material: Aluminium Alloy
Finish: Anodized (Silvery white)
Application: For the linear extended connection between two profiles. Used for lengthening connection between two aluminium profiles. Insert it into the groove pit in the connection of two sections. Then tighten the screws tightly.

Material: Carbon Steel
Finish: Galvanized (Silvery white)
Application: Lifting Eye-bolt installed on the end plane of the profile, lifting effect. The Eye-bolt must be mounted vertically on the workpiece plane. And the joint surface shall be level and close together. Must be adjusted to the drawing direction, the screw avoids contact with the sharp object.

Finish: Galvanized (Silvery white)
Application: The active join hinge is connected with the active point of the industrial aluminum profile. Its rotating range is 180°. It has many connection modes. Apply to mechanical industrial fasteners.

Application: Insert Multi-functional Block into end profile T-slot, turn 90° is tightly fixed on the profile. Then you can install organic glass and other panels on the profile. Tighten the bolt. Simple installation. Easy and quick disassembly.

Application: It is used for cross or right angle connection, and no drilling.

Application: Notice the connection type above, it hides into the aluminium profiles. Not suitable for 90-degree Right Angle connection. Please choose different types according to the T-slot and connection mode of profiles.
