We have designed two types of heavy-duty 100 series T-slot aluminium extrusion profile, one is S8-100100 (weight: 12.0 kg/m), and the other is S10-100100 (weight: 11.48 kg/m). Obviously, the main difference between them is the T-slot dimension.
T-slot of S8-100100 profile is 8.2 mm when choosing accessories or fasteners, M8 is suitable. On the other hand, it can be connected with 50 series profile and other parts such as a handle, end connector, and caster etc. It widely used for building blocks, dry room, conveyor, CNC and other frameworks.
