Bolt & Nut belong to the fastener. In order to be clearer and more detailed, we intentionally divide them into Hammerhead Nut, T-Bolt, Core Screw, Joint Bolt, Sunk Screw, Sliding Nut, Flange Nut, Spring Fastener, Spring Round Nut, Flexible Round Nut. The details as following:


Hammerhead Nut
Material: Carbon Steel
Finish: Galvanized (Silvery white)
Application: Hammerhead Nut is used to install and fix the profile to the slot.


T-Bolt
Material: Carbon Steel
Finish: Galvanized (Silvery white)
Application: Putting T-bolt into aluminium profile’s slot, it can automatic positioning lock with flange nuts.


Core Screw
Material: 12.9 High Strength Steel or Stainless Steel
Finish: Galvanized (Silvery white, Black)
Application: Core Screw is for high strength connection of aluminium profiles.


Joint Bolt
Material: 12.9 High Strength Steel or Stainless Steel
Finish: Galvanized (Silvery white, Black)
Application: Industrial aluminium framework generally adopts internal joint to get a connection. The joint bolt gonna be selected.


Sunk Screw
Material: 12.9 High Strength Steel or Stainless Steel
Finish: Galvanized (Silvery white, Black)
Application: Sunk Screw matches with hammer-head nut, used to hinge, door stopper, handle, etc.


Sliding Nut
Material: Aluminium Alloy, Steel
Finish: Galvanized (Silvery white, Black)
Application: Sliding Nut should be slipped into aluminium profile’s slot when installation.


Flange Nut
Material: Stainless Steel
Finish: Galvanized or Chrome (Silvery white)
Application: Flange nut matches with T-bolt.


Spring Fastener
Material: Carbon Steel
Finish: Galvanized (Silvery white)
Application: Spring Fastener is used in slot 8 & 10, and has the function of anti-loose.


Spring Round Nut
Material: Carbon Steel
Finish: Galvanized (Silvery white)
Application: Spring Round Nut belongs to the preset nut which is put into profile’s slot at any assembly point.


Flexible Round Nut
Material: Carbon Steel
Finish: Galvanized (Silvery white)
Application: Flexible Round Nut is directly put into profile’s slot at any assembly point to fix the profiles.
